Stability balls have been around for years. With Personal Training, I have included them in workout programs for most of my clients. From the hard-core balance work of extreme athletes to having, clients use them at their desk throughout the long workday!
Gradual progression is recommended. Clients master good form before using weights on the ball. Any exercise done on the ball will strengthen the core, improve balance, and increase the flow of oxygen, blood, and nutrients to the spine.
The constant motion =BIG calorie burn! With the new workouts, you will sweat as if you are running a 10K but without the impact. Limited space sign up early!
