Feels good to TAKE a Yoga class

With most of my peeps off on vacation this week, I had the morning off!  WHAT!  So I grabbed my mat and walked over to the new little studio in town for a combo yoga class.  The class was taught by my friend, Lindsay. Loved the YIN and love Lindsay!  I have a new appreciation for restorative yoga these days, and so does my body. I was sooooo YANG oriented when I was younger and thought I was too busy for a slow practice. The biggest challenge with YIN YOGA is the wondering mind. Monkey Mind.monkey mind

I’m not gonna lie, my mind did some wondering today!  It’s called a “practice” for a reason! So nice to take a class, as opposed to teaching a class. Practicing what I preach! Happy Saturday Fabs!
